In the center of Sofia there is a chain of stores for silver jewelry called YANA. It all started in 1990 when we opened a small shop. We displayed adorable handmade jewelry that came under the hands of talented, hard working Bulgarian authors, hungry to set their imagination loose. Their strive for qualitative artwork and our ambition to present it to the public brought us to a loyal partnership and true friendship.

And there we were, in 2002, with three stores in the center of Sofia and working with over 20 designers from all over Bulgaria. Among them are established names in the jewelry business, but also younger, not less talented jewelers.

Our aspirations are towards expanding the scope, and not only in terms of new artists, but also the diversity of designs and materials implemented. For us, the Client has always been, is and will remain a priority. Most of our customers have been loyal to us from the very beginning when our endeavor was rather a matter of enthusiasm than of business.

With the years passing by, and especially the changes on the political scene in Bulgaria, the rhythm of life has changed. Our goal is to present the customers with jewelry that will set them apart, excite them, enrapture them. We truly believe that our partners - the designers, will continue to be as enthralled by this idea as we are.

We have not survived 15 years on the market merely to gain profit and prestige. We find our job exciting and motivating. The people we work with are complicated characters, just as any other artists, and that present us with an everyday challenge - to present their artwork to those who would appreciate it.
